Emotional burnout and self-esteem of actors and teachers

The article describes the features of emotional burnout of actors and teachers in correlation with the self-esteem. The author has found that the actors' emotional burnout is associated with high self-esteem and situational anxiety. The teachers' emotional burnout is associated with an average self-esteem and personal anxiety. It is clarified that the relationship between high self-esteem and situational anxiety is peculiar only to males.
