The scientific article presents the results of the analysis of the influence of the manager's emotional intelligence on ensuring job satisfaction of the organization's employees. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing role of emotional intelligence as a tool for ensuring the personnel security of an enterprise, improving the prospects for the realization of human potential. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the concept of "emotional intelligence". The problems and difficulties associated with the formation of emotional burnout are identified. Measures are proposed that ensure the development of emotional intelligence to ensure job satisfaction of the personnel of organizations.
