Empatia and reflexia in professional activity of a practical psychologist

In the article we consider the aspects of professional activity, as well as professional psychological activity that makes special demands on the individual: the ability to be sincere in dealing with the client, to understand the emotional state of the client, to correctly reflect and convey the feelings experienced at the moment.
