Empical dimension of innovative methodology for working with youth in conditions of digital transformation (based on materials of the Republic of Belarus)

An innovative methodology for working with youth in the context of digital transformation has been tested by means of empirical measurement of the problem. An interpretative and political science approach was taken to develop the problem by synthesizing scientific and theoretical analysis, factor analysis, content analysis, and designing proposals for improving work with youth in the context of preparing the electoral campaign - the Single Voting Day (02/25/2024). Recommendations have been formulated for the introduction of innovative aspects of working with youth in the information space as a task for government bodies. The results were developed as part of the research work, their testing in practical exercises of the educational process for retraining students in the specialty “Public Management of the National Economy”.
