Endothelium dysfunction at smokers and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

At patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease already at the I stage of disease is noted change of endothelium damage markers, mainly C-reactive protein and Villebrand's factor. Indicators of microcirculation reflect activation of regulatory mechanisms and increase the phenomena of stagnation and arterial spasm in the microcirculatory channel at patients with the II stage of a disease.
