Energy monitoring of machine and tractor fleet of agricultural enterprises on the basis of information model

Бесплатный доступ

Losses of tractor power during agricultural operations due to wear of parts, violations of adjustments and settings of mechanisms and systems significantly reduce the efficiency and competitiveness of the farm. The lack of control over the parameters of the technical condition of internal combustion engines (ICE) of the machine and tractor fleet (MTP) (power, fuel consumption - without special means) leads to the use of tractors with excessive fuel consumption by 10-15 % due to the loss of traction properties. It is necessary to monitor the energy indicators of the equipment for operational maintenance of the equipment in operational (field) conditions. An information model for monitoring the energy performance of equipment using a dynamic internal combustion engine model is proposed, which includes information blocks for receiving diagnostic signals, primary processing, calculating energy parameters and deviations from normal values, as well as a database of the MTP fleet. Due to the timely assessment of the state of the equipment and the performance of the necessary maintenance, the efficiency of its operation is increased.
