Energy region in the architecture of international partnership

The article reveals the integrative relationship of geopolitics and geo-economics in merging interregional and cross-country opportunities in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure and investment programs based on the activation of the energy potential of Russian regions. The Republic of Bashkortostan is presented in the context of the perspective of formation of energy region as the core of the country's largest petrochemical cluster that can act as a driving force of key projects with the participation of the SCO countries.
