Energy saving strategy in the fatal industry

In the article perspective directions of perfection of technologic processes of oil and fat products production are considered. It is shown that energy and resource saving can be achieved with an extractive method of producing vegetable oils. The basic directions of perfection of traditional technologies of production of vegetable oil with the purpose of reducing the energy and resource intensity of production at all major stages of the technological process are revealed.
