Energy resources and their structure

The development of mankind is closely connected with the use of various resources, of which energy is an important one. The natural environment is not only the place where a person lives, but also the source of the benefits necessary for life and economic activity. Energy resources in the modern world play an important role, since both the active development of the individual state and the world economy as a whole depend on them. During the entire period of the development of mankind, the main types of energy resources also changed, from wood fuel to minerals. To date, the main sources of energy include such resources as: oil, natural gas, coal, electricity and nuclear energy. This article examines the energy resources, their structure and types that are currently used in the world economy, and may be in demand in the future.
