Energy saving as a solution to the problem of CO2 emissions

The article discusses the global challengers associated with the problem of negative climate change and some ways of the world economic development due to the Paris climate agreement which provides a restricted method for Greenhouse gas emissions to preserve a world climate nature bio-balance. Key factor which might be provided an achievement of the Agreement purpose is the politics of using the world economic development scenarios according to 20С way. The 20С way is a restriction of annual industrial emissions by allowed limit provided to preserve a nature balance. At the same time, it is emphasized that traditional fossil hydrocarbon resources remain the main sources of primary generation despite the ambitious statements of the government of most industrialized countries on the replacement of hydrocarbon energy resources with environment friendly renewable energy sources (RES) and a wide range of the government stimulation program and supporting of “Green Energy” projects. Such politics provide fast development of RES and doubling of installed capacities of alternative generation every five years. The examples of the new innovation industrial technologies provided ecological safety are represented. Noted that an achievement of the Agreement purposes it`s needed more effective power consumption as well as renewable energy sources and technologies that reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
