The development analysis of organization as complex adaptive system

Modern managerial technologies are supposed to consider an organization as a system engaging some uncertainty. The conception of the organization as Complex Adaptive System, which is not only assume uncertainty, but also use it in order to develop itself, is the bright example of mentioned managerial technologies. Thus, entropy becomes an extremely important parameter for effective organizational management.
