An analytical method of calculating the dynamics of epidemic processes has been proposed. The method is based on approximation of actual dependencies of the number of infected people, the number of recovered people and the number of deaths by proposed functions containing four parameters. The parameters are calculated by optimization methods. Calculations have been made for Moscow and the Moscow region.
