Epidemiology of traumatic brain injuries among the adult population of Izhevsk

The article discusses the causes of traumatic brain injuries among the adult population of the city of Izhevsk. The problem is urgent, since people are at risk of danger every day, not counting the elderly and people under the influence of alcohol. The study was conducted by copying and grouping data from medical records of inpatient patients. The most common cause was a fall from a height of one's own height, which refers to domestic injuries. From year to year, the number of victims of the same causes: a fall, a traffic accident, a domestic injury, an industrial injury, a sports injury, a violent injury practically does not change, therefore this topic requires further study and search for methods to combat the injuries.
