Health problems can be HIV risk factors or arise as a result of HIV infection and its complications. They are associated with HIV transmission, poor prognosis and non-compliance with antiretroviral treatment regimens. The majority of HIV-infected people (HIV+) have mental disorders (PR). In addition, HIV affects the brain, there are many complications of the central nervous system (CNS). In a psychiatric clinic, mental disorders (PR) on the background of HIV, respond well to treatment. Understanding the epidemiology of HIV-related diseases can help doctors to intervene in a way that minimizes the spread of the virus and its devastating effects on the human body.
