Ergonomics of the workplace of operators of mobile units in the agro-industrial complex and a device for its assessment

The article notes the dynamical development of agricultural production as the basis for food supply to the population of the country, which is realized thanks to state support for the industry. Attention is drawn to the growth of electromechanization and automation of agricultural production in the country, including strengthening the material and technical base of enterprises based on investments for the development of production. This is facilitated by the commissioning of new production facilities, production technologies, and new agricultural machinery. It is noted that the peculiarity of improving domestic and foreign agricultural machinery is not only technological orientation, but increased attention is also paid to occupational safety parameters in terms of improving injury safety by linking the parameters of technologies and structures with the anthropometric characteristics of the operator, as required by the system of regulatory and legal safety and harmlessness of work, including ergonomic assessment of operator workplaces. The need for this is confirmed by the results of the author's research presented in the article, which led to the development of an author's device for evaluating the ergonomics of the working meta operator of mobile agricultural units. Based on the results of this assessment, the areas of work are adjusted and improved so that the ergonomic parameters of the workplaces of mobile unit operators correspond to the regulatory framework of the country in the area under discussion. The solution to the problem will be to contribute to the reduction of operator fatigue every shift, its accumulation and accumulation in the body over the years, resulting in a decrease in working capacity; the possibility of partial or complete disability due to disability is not excluded. The solutions proposed in the article regarding the assessment of the ergonomics of the workplace of operators of mobile units of agricultural structures in order to bring them into a normative state in a timely manner are a practical factor in countering the noted negative consequences.
