Ergonomics and usability of the user interface of the software of complex technical objects diagnosing and сontrol

The article shows the urgency of creating an interface friendly to the operator. The concepts of a complex technical object (СТО), user interface (UI), ergonomics and usability are defined. The principles of UI ergonomic of CTO diagnostics and control systems are revealed. The methods of UI usability testing are shown. The approaches to improving of UI ergonomics and usability are systematized.
