The essence of the systematization of legislation

In this article, the author formulated the concept of systematization of legislation and determined criteria for distinguishing signs of systemic and systematic rights legislation. The article describes the main types of systematization of legislation and defined the relationship between them. The author believes that record keeping is the primary and most important kind of systematization of legislation. The relevance and completeness of the legal regulation determined by the directions of implementation of the objectives of the systematization of legislation. The author concludes that the systematization of legislation is a necessary activity for the formation of political and legal history.
