The article highlights the views of Marx on such a social phenomenon as art. And although Marx did not leave a whole work devoted to art, he considered it as equivalent in a number of so - called "ideologies", that is, "those superstructures that human society erects over the base of its economy and which - themselves, ultimately, depending on this base-nevertheless together with it constitute the fabric of social life".
