Aesthetic qualities of the personal vocational culture

This article examines approaches to clarify the essence of aesthetic qualities as a phenomenon of human vital activity. The author implements explanation of the role of aesthetic principles in the personal vocational culture. Based on the analysis of a variety of actual scientific sources this research analyzes and specifies the concepts of "vocational culture", "beauty" and "aesthetic sense". This article considers the positive impact of the beauty phenomenon on the establishment and development of the personal vocational culture.
