Stages of formation and implementation of organizational economic mechanism of industrial leasing

The article proposes to consider the main stages of implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism of industrial leasing. Analyzing the method of application of industrial leasing in the financing of industrial enterprises, it should be noted that it includes the implementation of five stages, each of which provides for a set of actions. At the first stage of implementation of the proposed methodology, it is planned to create the necessary conditions for the organization and conduct of industrial leasing. At the second stage of the proposed methodology, the main parameters of the leasing contract for all participants in the transaction are established. The third stage of the considered method is the planning of lease payment schedules of the contract. At the fourth stage of the proposed methodology, the effectiveness of the investment project for financing activities using industrial leasing is evaluated.
