The development of an innovative product is a complex procedure that takes into account the need to solve a number of diverse tasks. On the example of a model for the implementation of a new product of the Association of Automotive Manufacturers, the main stages of the innovation process are investigated. Successful implementation of innovations is possible with the correct organization of the process of their implementation, taking into account the characteristics of each stage. Various analytical methods are used for these purposes. The analysis of these methods is carried out and their advantages and disadvantages are revealed.
