The article analyzes and provides the definition of the concept of internal image of an organization, reveals the stages of formation of internal image of an organization, and shows that the choice of stages and the determination of a strategy are crucial for high efficiency in the image formation process. The author gives brief characteristics of the four most common strategies for the formation of internal image of an organization.
