Stages of development of grain production in Azerbaijan

The article presents the materials of studies of the stage-by-stage development of grain growing in Azerbaijan. We also studied in what periods, a soft variety of wheat began to be grown in Azerbaijan, what farming systems were used and what tools the land was cultivated.
