The stages of the project opening of a modular mini-cheese factory

This paper discusses the main processes in the project management concept and presents the stages of these processes. The authors analyzed the current situation on the domestic cheese market and proposed to transform the main stages of project management into a more specific form in relation to the implementation of the project to open a modular mini-cheese factory, which should help small businesses to open a business in this area.
