Stages of formation and development of institution of administrative responsibility of military personnel in Russia

The article carries out a historical and legal analysis of emergence, formation and development of administrative responsibility institution of military personnel in Russia. According to the research results the author defines stages of historical development of the legislation in the mentioned sphere of public relations.
