The stages of regional legislation development in the conditions of federal relations'' Transformation in Russia (case study of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia))

The article deals with the transformation of the regional public administration system considering the impact of the federal component. Special attention is paid to the development of the legislative branch in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the conditions of Russian federalism. The author considers the features of management and functional transformations of the legislative authority of Yakutia, discusses the key changes in the powers, and defines the stages of parliament development in Yakutia.
