Ethical grounds for appointing and making expertise at preliminary investigation

An ethical problem concerning the investigator's appointment and making an expert examination has been analyzed. Emphasis has been put on the unity of moral norms and legal establishment; attention has been drawn to special relationships between the investigator and the expert while preparing, appointing and conducting the examination and has been proved necessary for appointing separate types of expertise at the instituting proceedings stage.
