Ethical background for decriminalization of adultery

The article reviews ethical points that are publicly promoted by supporters of the decriminalization of adultery. According to the author, the methodological flaws inherent in such points and outlined in this article make the position of those who support the decriminalization of adultery insufficiently justified. The author considers it necessary to take into account all possible explanations for further discussion.
