Ethics of the procedural investigation activities during the preliminary investigation

The issues of correlation and usage of the ethic norms in the investigation activities during the preliminary investigation are reviewed. The legal fixing of the generally accepted moral principles in different articles of the criminal procedural code of the RF is visually demonstrated.
