Ethics of the management of a civil servant

The article analyzes the problems of morality and ethics among civil servants, the question is considered: why should special attention be paid to the moral problem of civil servants? Can the ethics of civil servants be strengthened through rules and regulations? What can be done to solve the problem of the morality of civil servants? Also, the article reveals the features of the ethical component of the professional activities of civil servants in the Russian Federation in accordance with the current regulation.
