Ethics in the business career

The article deals with theoretical and applied aspects in the field of ethics of work with personnel, business ethics as a type of professional ethics. The aim of the work Is to develop entrepreneurship, state regulation of economy and democratization of the Russian society, the interest in the ethics of business relations, built on the modern theory of management and the Russian experience of working with staff, increases. Ethics in the broad sense of the word is a set of norms of human behavior and their practical implementation, that is ethics as an ideal and ethics as an action. An entrepreneur should be interested in both within the framework of his professional activities.
