The investigation of microorganisms spectrum secreted from infected wounds in patients with chronic osteomyelitis of extremities long bones is conducted as well as their antibiotic sensitivity determination. It is proved that staphylococcus is the leading agent of osteomyelitis of extremities long bones, the majority of them is presented by coagulase-positive strains. The research on copper nanoparticles efficiency is fulfilled on the basis of Staphylococcus aureus strains. The expressed antibacterial effect of copper nanoparticles suspension is shown while using it in low concentrations. This effect is calculated with the help of microorganisms quantity reduction ratio and their reduction percentage.
