Ethnos-oriented mass-media of the Republic of Mordovia about the issues of language and culture

The article deals with the history and formation of the ethnos-oriented mass media in Mordovia and the moving forces of their development. The aspects under analysis are the following: the peculiarities of the ethnos-oriented mass media's work, the regional peculiarity of the media and the thematic content of the ethnical information. The article also contains the historical and ethnographical analysis of the regional ethnos-oriented media dealing with language and culture problems.
