Ethno-national factor of the relationships between the Caucasus and the Middle East syates

The article provides an analysis of the question, which was not studied enough in the Russian political science. The article is devoted to the study of some aspects of the influence of the Caucasian diaspora, living in the Middle East, on the relations between two regions. The article provides the thesis that after the collapse of the USSR and the bipolar order one could find the favorable conditions for the restoring of the diasporas’ ties with their maternal ethnic groups in their historic homeland. And these conditions have contributed to the development of the ties of the national republics of the North Caucasus with the states of the Middle East. In order to illustrate this thesis the author used the example of the Chechen diaspora, and the expansion and strengthening ties of the Chechen Republic with many Middle East states.
