Etno-political processes in terms of regional development

The article deals with the formation of a federal state structure, participation in these matters of not only the federal government, but also of actors. The author specially identifies such complex areas as ethno-political relations, and emphasizes the system of ethnic and political factors of the process. Separately, the author dwells on the emerging challenges and threats to ethno-political security.
