Ethnopolitics of Russia: the necessity of dialectics of cultural traditions and the creation of the future

The current Strategy of the State National Policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025 is based on an approach that combines two main principles: the formation of the unity of the Russian people and the preservation of historical tradition. To improve the Strategy in the future, it is necessary to supplement it with the principle of development, building the future to harmonize the past, present and future. The strategic approach should be based on five principles: a common civilizational destiny, the core value of Russian culture, the common efforts of representatives of all ethnic groups to build a single state, modern science and education, a powerful strategy of the country and its aspiration to the future. Only this can save Russia as a state and ensure the continued existence of all Russian ethnic groups in an increasingly competitive world.
