Бесплатный доступ

This work is devoted to the analysis of the evolution of business elites in the Kyrgyz Republic, covering the historical context, key stages of development and current trends. The first part examines the impact of the Soviet period on the formation of the country's economic structure, as well as the transition period of 1991-2000, when state assets were privatized and new business groups began to form. The second part focuses on the role of the state apparatus and "clan" structures in Kyrgyzstan, which largely determined political and economic processes. The third part of the article explores the current situation, including the process of diversifying business structures, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, and the role of globalization in changing the composition and structure of business elites. Special attention is paid to the impact of the country's foreign policy and economic integration into international economic organizations, such as the Eurasian Economic Union, on the development of local entrepreneurs. In conclusion, the need for further institutional reforms is emphasized to ensure the stable and sustainable development of the business elite and the economy of Kyrgyzstan as a whole.
