The article is devoted to the establishment and development of event-industry. It noted the main factors which influence on the event-industry is now the strongest. We indicated some possible directions of development in the field of event activities. It is shown that the event market is experiencing a catastrophic shortage of professional staff. It is important to make clear that the event-services - a very serious market where you can make yourself respected with only one - professionalism, which is based on the appropriate education.
