Fanfiction evolution of Harry Potter fandom (2005-2020)

The article attempts to examine the features of Harry Potter fan texts for the period 2005-2020 using the example of a corpus of 20,000 texts posted on a large Russian-language resource - Fanfics.me. For the first time, Harry Potter fanfiction is seen as a dynamic rather than a monolithic corpus that changes under the influence of external factors. The study of the relationship between genres, themes and other parameters helps to comprehend the features of one of the new types of mass amateur literature.
