Electronic commerce, being an innovative business method, allows parties participating in entrepreneurial activities to interact with minimal expenses regardless of distance and under convenient operating conditions. The article shows advantages and disadvantages of traditional, remote and electronic trade forms, as well as the main directions of their previous development.
