Evolution of state-legal mechanism combating juvenile delinquency in the Russian legal system the second half of the XIX century

The article is devoted to the problem of the emergence and evolution of the state-legal mechanism of combating juvenile delinquency in the Russian state. The author makes a retrospective analysis of the historical period of the middle and second half of the XIX century, when the Russian legal system actively introduced special legislation about minors, which created the preconditions for the emergence of a strong system of combating juvenile crime.
