Бесплатный доступ

The article analyzes state sovereignty through the prism of the dominant characteristic of the statehood in the context of the prevailing political and legal realities. The author argues that the state sovereignty in its classical or traditional interpretation is not the notion to be unconditionally applied to the state as its att ributive feature. Author draws the conclusion that state sovereignty - is not just a supremacy of state power over the territory of a particular state and its independence in international relations, but above all, the responsibility of the public authorities of the state before the population and the international community.
