Evolution and conceptual issues of financial-economic security provision of Russia

The article deals with the conceptual issues of national financial-economic security provision in Russia, as well as the global security of humankind. The paper analyzes the 100-year history of the financial-economic service development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and identifies the basic regularities of economic provision of defense capability of Russia. The article authors examine the features of the relation between the economy and defense of the nuclear states of the world at the present stage, causing fundamental changes in the existing method of economic provision of modern wars and suggest that they require profound changes in the entire system of economic and military-political relations of Russia in contemporary economic conditions of management. It was revealed tha t the effectiveness and quality solution to the contemporary issues of security provision in Russia is impossible without the availability of highly skilled military experts in the field of economy and finances, who deeply would understand the essence of what is happening with economic processes in the Armed Forces and who'd able to provide flexible reaction of the system of financial-economic security provision of the state to changing realities. The article authors propose to use the Soviet and modern experience of the leading countries in the field of training economists and financiers for the military sector of the state. They are believed that it is necessary to repair the mistake of the former leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Russia and establish the Military Financial Economic University again, which will provide multi-economic training of highly skilled military personnel for all power Ministries and Agencies of Russia within the frameworks of the national security economy.
