Evolution of economic theory and the shoots of harmony (part 2)

The author presents the results of his research into the field of mathematic bases of harmony. He gives a new interpretation of golden proportion as four constants with equal mantissas; he considers golden tetrads in harmonic relations; he suggests algorithms of geometric construction of quarts of golden constants and their tetrads. The results provide companies with a possibility to structure and assess their organisational and economic potential in terms of proportional distribution according to the types of potentials estimated on the bases of golden proportions, and regulate them. He suggests forming a potential of a company on the basis of the second golden proportion which is the most common in sciences.
