The Evolution of User Interfaces: from Adaptive Design to Dynamic and "Smart" Interfaces

Explores the evolution of user interfaces (UI) — from static and adaptive solutions to dynamic and intelligent systems based on artificial intelligence technologies. It analyzes the impact of technological, behavioral, and social factors on UI development, with a particular focus on the potential application of intelligent interfaces in Central Asian countries, especially Kyrgyzstan. Special attention is given to contextual and cultural aspects, as well as issues of accessibility, digital inequality, and low levels of digital literacy. The paper offers practical recommendations for creating localized, adaptive interfaces and developing competencies in UX/UI design. It emphasizes the need for interdisciplinary integration and empirical research to ensure the successful implementation of intelligent UI in regional contexts.
