Evolution of the Russian society's legal culture in the age of globalisation

The problems of development and cooperation of different cultures, including the legal one, in the age of globalisation are viewed in the article. On the one hand it means universalisation, unification, harmonisation of different cultures, on the other hand - individualisation of certain national cultures. The author considers the finding of optimal balance in the use of domestic legal science and the experience of world legal thought as the main condition of further state legal development of the Russian Federation.
