The evolution of research projects of nickelid-titanium devices for creating compressive inter-intestinal anastomoses

The analysis of devices for creating compressive inter-intestinal anastomoses in the surgery of gastro-intestinal system with the help of nickelid-titanium implants was performed. It is shown, that preference is given for wire-shaped materials due to the simplicity of use, low-weightiness, the absence of troubles with the evacuation of them at the time of rejection them from the zone of anastomosis. Questions, devoted to the primary permeability of the anastomosis, the prophylaxis of intestinal walls trauma, optimization of the techniques of surgery with the use of them are still unsolved.
