Evolution of the notion revenue in the illegal enterprise

The deriving of revenue on a large and especially large scale is recognised by the Criminal Code of the RF, Article 171 as a reson fro criminal prosecution. An issue of interpretation of the notion revenue from the illegal enterprise emerges. By the revenue should be understood earnings before deduction of expenses connected with carrying out of such activities.
