Evolution of the senatorial administrative system during the period of absolutism in the Russian empire (18th century)

The author investigates the process of establishment and development of the Senate as an initial stage in the development of the Russian parliamentarism. The article describes the structure and work order of the Senate as a representative authority in Russia. In the course of research a wide range of scientific law sources was reviewed.
