Evolution of the information support system of the US foreign policy in 1946-1999

The article deals with evolution of the information support system of the US foreign policy in 1946-1999. After the end of the Second World War and in connection with opposition with the USSR, American administration built the system of information support of their values promotion and the foreign policy course. This system had been changing during the mentioned time period. The mechanism of information support that had been developing all that time was tested in the conflicts in Kosovo and Metokhia in 1999 and was approved as a universal one. Later on this mechanism was also used by the USA in other conflicts they took a part in.
